Facility Rentals & Parking
Fees, terms and conditions are in compliance with Canada Revenue Agency tax laws and regulations for charitable organizations.
Rentals are deemed appropriate as use of “excess charitable capacity”, and use of space must be arranged with the establishment of a rental agreement. The charitable actions and efforts of Bethany United Church ministries, stewardship, and resources are given top priority, before use of space/resources is approved.
Facility Rental iNFORMATION
As part of Bethany United Church’s transition to new processes around rental and use of space, we have rolled out new paperwork and guidelines. These changes will support a rise in costs in some areas associated to rentals and use of space and have begun in September 2024.

The above parking map is only a reference for parking on Monday to Friday, 6am - 6pm. The majority of this lot is rented by our neighbours at IMP Group Ltd during the week. There are 11 designated church parking spaces (9 spots & 2 accessible spots).
More parking - 13 spaces (11 spots & 2 accessible spots), can be found in a smaller lot at 2669 Joseph Howe Drive entrance to the facility.
