Bethany Affirming Working Group

Mission Statement

With open hearts and open minds, the Affirming Working Group will respectfully and prayerfully engage Bethany’s faith community to work toward justice for, and inclusion of all, while providing an “awesome” experience of God’s love. We will create opportunities for self-exploration, education and decision-making ensuring that bias and discrimination are not part of the ministry of Bethany United Church. As a faith community we are called to action and will share our vision with the larger HRM community and beyond.
