“Capella Regalis Choirs, Season Finale Concert: Sea Songs and Sacred Anthems
May 26th at 4:00 pm, Cathedral Church of All Saints (FREE for children 12 & under)
Capella Regalis Choirs presents their annual end-of-season concert! Showcasing the Girls, Boys, and Men’s Choirs of Capella Regalis, this performance will include selections from the choirs’ Evensong repertoire, songs of the sea, and new arrangements by both Director Nick Halley and multi-Grammy Award-winning composer Paul Halley for choir, organ, piano, and percussion. Part sacred, part secular, this year’s program offers an exciting mix of music - inspired by the sea and its diverse seafaring peoples - that a Maritime audience especially is sure to enjoy! Welcome Group…. Tuesday and Saturday Evenings
The Welcome Group is an “open” meeting and available to anyone interested in the Alcoholics Anonymous' program of recovery from alcoholism.
On site meetings are normally held at 7PM, Bethany United CHurch, 2669 Joseph Howe Drive (Ramp Entrance). you can go as often as you wish to both meetings.
There are no intrusive questions or obligations and you can retain anonymity. It is also open to everyone regardless of race, religion or beliefs. Welcome is a diverse group of younger and older men and women from diverse backgrounds who are always willing to help the “newcomer” feel at ease.
An AA Group has one primary purpose: to help members stay sober and, in turn, to help others who may need help in achieving sobriety. Participants are able to relate and share their experiences, strength, and hopes with each other in order to solve their common problem and help others recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
